History capture is live

Fresh price drops. Proven.

PriceCrater watches retailer prices over time, verifies what is in stock, and keeps store-supplied reference prices separate from changes our monitor actually observed.

The difference is the record.

A sale page shows what a store says now. PriceCrater is being built to show what changed, when it changed, and whether the exact item was still buyable when checked.

01 / WATCH

Observe the same item

We retain timestamped changes for exact product variants rather than treating every sale badge as proof.

02 / VERIFY

Check the live product

A public in-stock label requires a fresh check of the linked variant at the stated price.

03 / PRESERVE

Keep the receipt

Price recovery and stock loss become part of the record instead of making an old post quietly misleading.

Four labels. Four different facts.

They are deliberately not interchangeable, even when the displayed discount looks similar.

OBSERVED DROP

Our retained monitor history shows the same product identity at an earlier price and a lower current price.

RETAILER-LISTED

The store supplies the reference or compare-at price. We show that claim without relabeling it as our history.

VERIFIED IN STOCK

A fresh retailer check confirmed the exact linked variant and price at an absolute timestamp.

EXPIRED

The price changed or the linked variant became unavailable. The original observation remains in the archive.

Search standard

Evidence earns the page.

PriceCrater does not publish empty product catalogs for search traffic. A page enters Google only when original observed data is the reason to visit it.

01 / EARN

No thin product pages

A title, retailer photo, current price, and shopping button are not enough. Without meaningful PriceCrater history or analysis, the page remains out of search.

02 / ADMIT

Useful pages enter slowly

Brand pages come first. Mature product records follow in reviewed batches, and the sitemap grows only after the evidence clears an automated gate.

03 / DISCLOSE

Evidence before commission

Observed history remains the visible purpose of every indexed page. Affiliate links are secondary, clearly disclosed, and never influence the result.

History needs time to become useful.

The clock is running now. The first trustworthy charts will appear only after the data earns them.
